5. Fuel Token System & Payments
The Service operates on a fuel-based pricing model. You purchase NZT fuel tokens which are consumed per hand played by the bot. Key terms:
- Fuel tokens are non-refundable once purchased
- Fuel consumption rates vary by stake level and game type
- Fuel tokens do not expire
- We reserve the right to adjust fuel pricing with 7 days' advance notice
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or fuel tokens
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access control mechanisms
- Use the Service in connection with money laundering or terrorist financing
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, designs, and documentation associated with Online Poker Bot AI are the exclusive property of the Service operator and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for personal purposes in accordance with these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, poker account access, or bankroll, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused fuel tokens may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
